Justice Jude Onwuegbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court in Apo granted bail in the sum of ₦50 million to Olu Agunloye, the former Minister of Power and Steel, who had been charged with seven felonies related to contract fraud and government misconduct.
Agunloye had been confined to Kuje Correctional Center pending a hearing and decision on his bail application.
